Guidance for Organising School Visits and Demonstrations.
School Visits
At Galashiels Tae Kwon-Do, our instructors are more than happy to arrange school visits. Classes can be re-framed to emphasise things that are important in a school environment.
For example, one session could have a strong focus on the importance of regular exercise to mental wellbeing. Another could stress the centrality of anti-bullying.

Demonstrations
As part of our marketing campaign, we are more than happy to organise demonstrations performed by our students.
These tend to have a focus on more traditional martial arts skills, including patterns and board breaking. These can both be performed at indoor and outdoor venues.
