Please read the club shop rules carefully before making any purchases
How does it work?
Instructors need to coordinate all orders with the TAGB, once it is delivered to the club you may collect it at your next class when you have received a confirmation email or text.
Can I pay for delivery?
All orders must be collected from class - as a small, local business this policy creates less admin for our team. This also prevents the need to spend money on postage.
I'm unsure about sizing?
Before making any purchases, please discuss sizing with the instructor at your next lesson. We are happy to allow students to try on gear for sizing.
I've purchased the incorrect size, can I swap it?
Absolutely! Put in an official request with the instructor - any requests must adhere to the following conditions...
1) If any item is to be swapped, it must have only been tried on, not used.
2) The item must be returned in the condition with which it was purchased.
3) The item must be returned with its original packaging.
Any requests to swap that break these conditions will be denied.

I no longer wish to train, can I get a refund on my purchase?
At Galashiels Tae Kwon-Do, all requests for refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We are also understanding to the fact that children can quickly change their minds.
We run a second-hand shop in a bid to reduce waste and to save people some cash in these difficult times.
If you're thinking of leaving us, and your sparring gear meets certain condition requirements, you may be able to sell it back to us.
